Description
A new role to work as a Campaign Account Executive within the media division for one of the largest communication companies in the world has become available.Based in Soho with an immediate start date, you will be on a basic salary of £18,000 with excellent career opportunities.
Company Description:
The media division of our client was recently launched to increase incremental revenues for the UK business. It is based on building a personalised media business, underpinning the core customer promise of turning customers into fans by their customers connecting to their personal passions, interests and needs, in a way that is simpler, easier and better for them to build/grow mutually beneficial relationships with brands. It will extend its depth and range to include the client’s entire media estate, underpinned by customer knowledge, working across mobile, direct marketing channels such as sms, mms and email, online, retail, and print plus other media inventory within the client’s portfolio.
Role:
Primary responsibility will be providing support to the Campaign Management team. Responsibilities include:
Facilitate the uploading of all offline and online offers through the offer management system, highlighting any conflicting offers and managing any partner/offer related quires.
Build excellent, in depth, working relationships with key partners through regular meetings, emails and phone calls.
Monitor all offer related stock quantities along with assisting partners through the offer upload process.
Demonstrate an excellent commercial understanding of clients business and the competitor landscape.
Liaise with the Senior Campaign Management to deliver offers as per partner calendars, ensuring offers are uploaded and quality checked accordingly.
Connect with key stakeholders in the wider company and UK marketing teams.
Working closely with the client’s larger sales and agencies team.
Specific responsibilities include:
Support the Senior Loyalty Campaign Management team.
Upload all partner offer content through the campaign management system.
Monitor all partner offer related stock levels.
Facilitate the raising of insertions orders for all new partner brands.
Generate and check partner offer locations.
Assist sales staff in the development of brand induction presentations.
Generate and supply campaign results upon partner and internal requests.
Monitor and report competitor related activity.
Build long-term relationships with brands and identify ways to grow and develop partnerships.
Work closely with the sales team to shape the commercial proposition in line with market demands.
Develop productive and flexible relationships with third party providers in loyalty
Present at key meetings across the business and with the sales team.
Seamless and professional working relationship developed with key stakeholders across the business.
Desirable Skills/Attributes:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong product development background (preferably from a loyalty environment) and experienced product marketer with proven ability to drive strong commercial deals
Knowledge of the loyalty market and sector
Excellent and polished client facing skills
Knowledge of Digital Media especially online and mobile
Strong presentational skills, and the ability to manage client expectation and translate into successful on-going media partnership type relationships
Passion and commitment for marketing communications
Strategic thinking including evaluation of key trends
Well organised, self-motivated and client focussed
Cross-channel awareness
