Silver Seed Ltd., a boutique recruitment agency, is expanding and looking for bright young minds to join the small but ambitious team. We are looking for candidates who are truly entrepreneurial, have great communication skills and business-minded. Based in Notting Hill, we focus on finding talented sales and marketing candidates for the media sector. We work with some of the most forward thinking and dynamic companies in the industry.

This role is an initial offer for a three-month internship. Once the candidate has successfully shown they add value to the output of the company, the candidate will be offered a permanent paid position with a basic salary and an uncapped commission structure.

The Role:
- Support existing consultants by helping with administrative tasks and dealing with inquiries from candidates and clients and inputting data into the database (Training provided)
- Search through databases and looking for suitable candidates for various roles
- Speak directly with candidates who are looking for new roles using our advanced questioning structure (training will be provided).
- Develop social media for the company. You will be expected to develop new and innovative ways for Silver Seed to have a larger online presence using the social media outlets.
- Support with writing job descriptions for incoming roles.

Ideal Candidate:
This role is ideal for a graduate with at least six months office experience who is ambitious and motivated by success and money. You do not need to have any previous experience in the recruitment industry but you do need to be a great operator in whatever tasks and challenges you undertake.
